Girls Make Beats: Expanding The Female Presence In Music

Girls Make Beats works with girls ages 8-17 and hosts educational seminars, summer camps, industry panels and networking events. GMB helps girls further their careers as music producers, DJs, and audio engineers by providing courses on industry leading hardware and software and by offering internships at recording studios as well as Pro Tools certifications. GMB also serves as an outlet for girls to unite and collaborate within the music industry.

GMB was founded in December 2012 by Avid Certified engineer Tiffany Miranda. Tiffany Miranda started as a recording artist in the music industry appearing on shows like American Idol and X-Factor. She then helmed her skills to become one of the most sought after recording engineers and producers in the industry working with heavy hitters Lil Uzi Vert, French Montana, TI,  Rick Ross, DJ Khaled, Fat Joe and much more. She was recently recognized as a "Women Making Power Moves" at the Ciroc Empowerment Brunch LA 2018. Her national studio network is world class, consisting of Studio Center Miami, Platinum Sound, Record Plant, Patchwerk Recording Studio, Chicago Recording company and more. Her passion now lies in helping girls to be in the forefront of music technology.
