Disney sweetened the deal for 21st Century Fox, and Fox has said, "yes."
The offer that sealed the deal for Disney was for $71.3 billion in cash and stock to buy the company was made this morning and far exceeded Comcast's offer of $65 billion.
Disney's acquisition includes 20th Century Fox film and TV studio, Fox's American cable channels, and Sky News. While Fox News, Fox Sports, and its TV stations will be a "New Fox."
Even though Fox has said yes to Disney, the Justice Department still has to okay the deal.
