Teen Ordered To Pay $37 Million For Starting Oregon Wildfire

Fireworks can be pretty expensive however this teen has to fork up $37 million after being held responsible for the Oregon wildfire. Good news is the judge says payments can end after 10 years if he's able to stay out of trouble.
