The correlation between exercise and mental health are always being studied and some new research shows that exercising can help prevent and manage depression at any age!

Researchers compiled information from 46 different studies with 266,000 people on 4 different continents.

The study shows that people who completed 150 minutes a week of exercise were less likely to develop depression compared to those who didn't exercise. And the exercise can be something as simple as a brisk walk!
