Before you start making your “Vote For Cardi” posts, the “Bodak Yellow” rapper recently sat down with GQ and gave her opinion on the state of social security and it seems that former presidential candidate Bernie Sanders is backing Cardi’s stance 100 percent.
Cardi revealed to GQ that she has a special place in her heart for former president, Franklin D. Roosevelt because, "He's the real 'Make America Great Again,' because if it wasn't for him, old people wouldn't even get Social Security," Cardi said.
Bernie tweeted in agreement with Cardi saying, "Cardi B is right, if we are really great we need to strengthen Social Security so that seniors are able to retire with the dignity they deserve."
Cardi and Bernie have been on the same vibe since 2016 when the rapper endorsed Bernie during the 2016 primaries.
