Street vendors in Los Angeles have a reason to celebrate now.
After nearly five years the Los Angeles City Council approved a plan that would move towards the legalization of street vending.
It's crazy to think that the proposal was first introduced five years ago!
So what's next?
Well the planning department and city attorney will create the law that will ultimately need to be approved by the city council.
