Usher closed out 92.3's The Real Show by pulling out R&B megastar Chris Brown for a surprise duet of "Back To Sleep," which appears on Brown's Royalty release.

Brown continued his takeover by treating the crowd to a back-to-back live rendition of "Ayo" and "Loyal."

Following Brown's solo performance, Usher returned to the stage to swap verses with Brown on "New Flame" and "Love In This Club." After the two engaged in a brief dance off, Brown left the stage to allow Usher to slow things down with "Burn" and "Climax."

Usher, who kept the crowd entertained with his smooth dance moves, also brought out Master P for their collaboration, "No Limit." Before signing out, he gave a grand finale performance of his 2004 smash single "Yeah."

The Real Show, hosted by Big Boy and his 92.3 on-air team, took place at The Forum in Inglewood, California. The concert saw spectaculars by Kap G, Desiigner, Kid Ink, Ty Dolla $ign (who brought out YG, Cam'ron, Juelz Santana, and Wiz Khalifa), Bryson Tiller and surprise guest Big Sean, and Chance The Rapper.
