Black Twitter Declares Super Bowl Sunday 'Janet Jackson Appreciation Day'

Super Bowl LII is only a couple of days away! On Sunday (Feb. 4), the Philadelphia Eagles and the New England Patriots will be going head-to-head to see who'll take home the 2018 NFL Championship trophy.

Though millions of people are excited for the game, there are other people who only care about the halftime show -- no offense (and no pun intended) athletes. During this year's Super Bowl halftime show, Justin Timberlake will be hitting the stage to perform. There were rumors of JT bringing out his former *NSYNC band members. However, those claims have repeatedly been denied.

Many have also expressed how much they want to see Timberlake bring out international superstar Janet Jackson to redo their awkward and R-rated 2004 performance, which later became known as "nipplegate." But, we don't think that's going to happen, either. Nevertheless, that thought got the powerful force that is Black Twitter thinking.

Then, it became official. Black Twitter announced that Super Bowl Sunday LII will be proclaimed "Janet Jackson Appreciation Day." Take a look at the formation of this new joyous holiday below.

It's litty.
