No more plastic surgery games for kids. Apple and Google have removed games from their app stores in which people could perform plastic surgery.

The Apple version was called "Plastic Surgery for Barbie," the Google version was just "Plastic Surgery," and both were aimed at kids nine and older.

The free game lets players perform liposuction and other procedures on a girl's body. She starts out as overweight and described as "ugly," and after the procedures the much thinner girl's body can then be compared to the "fat, ugly" one.

Even though Apple removed the "Barbie" version, there's still a game called "Plastic Surgery for Barbara" in the Apple store.
